We’re searching for a Principal Software Developer based in Macedonia to join our Global R&D team, continuing to drive technical leadership and high-quality software development within our multi-disciplinary Agile squads. This role plays a key part in providing technical guidance, leading design and review processes, and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions to support RLDatix’s Human Capital Management stack.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

+ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize functional changes for high-quality deliverables.

+ Producing clean, efficient, and high-quality code, adhering to relevant patterns and standards.

+ Driving design and review processes, ensuring the best technical decisions are made within the squad and across multiple teams.

+ Performing thorough verification and validation to ensure product backlog items meet high-quality standards before handover.

+ Troubleshooting and debugging code, resolving production issues to maintain smooth operations.

+ Establishing and maintaining standards for scalability, security, deployment, and operability.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

+ Extensive experience in software development, including several years as a Senior or Principal Software Developer in an Agile environment.

+ Strong knowledge of distributed architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.

+ Expertise in:

+ Programming & Frameworks: C#, .NET 6, React

+ Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS Cloud, Kubernetes (from a development perspective)

+ Databases & Messaging: SQL, MongoDB (NoSQL), Message Queues

+ Knowledge of event sourcing and CQRS.

+ Proficiency in mentoring and leading technical teams.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make tactical and strategic technical decisions.

+ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
