    Responsibilities

    + Provide comprehensive primary care, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic disease management for adult patients.

    + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

    + Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

    + Participate in quality improvement initiatives, wellness promotion, and patient education.

    Qualifications

    + Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

    + Eligible for or active South Carolina Medical License

    + Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
