Our Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Securitas is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as **Flex Security Officers** . This role offers **$18.00 per hour** , with the opportunity to earn up to **$24.00 per hour** , plus **travel reimbursement** .

Flex Officer Summary:

As a **Flex Security Officer** , you will provide coverage for a variety of shifts and locations based on business needs. You will fill in for absences, vacations, and temporary security assignments. Applicants must have a **flexible schedule** and be able to work at multiple client sites across **Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts** .

General Job Duties:

• Provide **professional customer service**

• Control **access points** (entry/exit) at client sites

• Conduct **foot or vehicle patrols** to inspect buildings and grounds

• Monitor security **via CCTV surveillance systems**

• Observe, report, and document **suspicious activities & incidents**

• Respond to **emergency situations** following established protocols

Minimum Qualifications:

• **18 years of age or older**

• **Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation**

• **Legal authorization to work in the U.S.**

• **Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)**

• **High school diploma or GED**
