Required Skills:

Partner Solutions Manager Responsibilities:

1. Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver scalable solutions for video creators.

2. Support managed partners like digital-first creators, and liaise with internal stakeholders to understand partners

3. core business needs and propose innovative solutions and opportunities to help partners achieve platform success.

4. Own data analyses, form hypotheses, and develop frameworks to deliver insights that will improve partner.

5. Proactively synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results that will improve partner.

6. Align with product and operations teams to act as an expert on specific media products, including Facebook monetization products, Reels, In - stream revenue.

7. Responsible for the implementation and optimization of product rollouts through educational trainings and workshops.

8. Collect, deliver, and operationalize market feedback to help craft product strategies, and serve as an internal advocate.

9. Identify operational opportunities and help improve or innovate new processes to drive strategic growth.

11. Support the creation, deployment, and management of goals and plans for existing partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

13. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Project Management, Business, Communication, or a related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

14. Alternatively, the employer will accept 4 years of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience.

18. 3. Collaborating with Content Creators, Agency, and Media or Technology companies

19. 4. Communicating with stakeholders, and product and operations teams

20. 5. Influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives

22. 7. Monitoring program costs including profit and loss ("P&L")

23. 8. Identifying strategic opportunities through data analysis and economic incentives

24. 9. Deploying new product go-to-market strategies, AND

25. 10. Designing, developing and executing complex programs or projects at scale.

Public Compensation:

$160,327/year to $174,900/year + bonus + equity + benefits
