Responsibilities Manages all performance measure activities in the Cardiology Service Line, including Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiothoracic Surgery and related inpatient units, non-Invasive Cardiology, and Cardiac Rehab. Supervises the collection and reporting of data to the appropriate individuals. Interfaces with all proceduralists and surgeons to ensure accurate reporting. Serves as intermediary with any contracted services and/or agencies for purposes of data reporting and coordination of services. Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity). Qualifications Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Preferred. Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare with at least one year of Cardiology or Performance Improvement required. Required Certification/Registration: Current and ongoing NYS Registered Professional Nursing License. Physical Requirements: Occasionally requires light physical effort as in periods of standing at files or work tables, repeated changes of position within the work routine or prolonged sitting.
