    As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating successful transactions, and leveraging your industry expertise to close deals efficiently.     Responsibilities:

    + Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

    + List and market properties effectively using digital marketing, MLS, and social media strategies.

    + Conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers.

    + Negotiate contracts, contingencies, and pricing terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.

    + Stay up to date on market trends, real estate regulations, and industry best practices.

    + Work closely with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and title companies to ensure seamless transactions.

    Requirements:

    + Active real estate license in Illinois.

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.

    + Proven track record of successful closings and client satisfaction.

    + Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
