    POSITION: Summer Enrichment Clerical (PT) – Bay Shore

     

    ASSIGNMENT: July 7, 2025 – August 15, 2025

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Supports the Summer Enrichment Director and Lead Teacher with all requests throughout the program

    + Works closely with District Office Administration, ESBOCES Administration, and clerical staff

    + Job responsibilities include: answering phones, assisting with Summer Enrichment parent inquiries, registration paperwork, contacting parents, serve as a liaison between ESBOCES Summer Enrichment Program staff and Bay Shore School District

    + May attend field trips

    Important to note that you MUST be in attendance on the following dates:

    Orientation : July 1, 2025

     

    Program: July 7, 2025 – August 15, 2025

     

    Hours: Approximately 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

    THESE POSITIONS ARE DEPENDENT UPON STUDENT ENROLLMENT AND DISTRICT COMMITMENT FOR SUMMER SERVICES

    START DATE: As detailed above

     

    SALARY: $21.50/hour
