    Position Description:** **RN

    The Department Pool RN responsibilities include:

    + Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards

    + Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team

    + Responsible for professional accountability and development

    + Position fills needs within the department

    Requirements:

    Certifications and Licensures:

    + BLS

    + ACLS (If required by department)

    + RN (Registered Nurse) license

    Education:

    + Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing

    + Preferred Bachelor's Nursing

    Experience:

    + Required 18 months Acute Care/Specialty

     

    Status:** **Pool, Exempt: No

     

    Shift Hours:** **6:45pm - 7:15am

     

    Weekend Work:** **Occasional

    On Call:** **No
