    HVAC Operations Support Intern - Kickstart Your Career in HVAC Operations!

     

    Are you ready to dive into the world of HVAC operations and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? As an HVAC Operations Support Intern, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, helping our team stay on top of estimates, contracts, permits, rebates, and inspections. If you’re detail-oriented, love problem-solving, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you!

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Estimate & Contract Prep – Work with the team to gather info and help put together job estimates and contracts. Accuracy is key!

     

    HVAC Equipment Registration – Help get our installations properly registered with manufacturers and agencies. (Think of it like making sure warranties are good to go!)

     

    Rebate Research & Submissions – Find ways to save customers money and assist with their rebate applications. Everyone loves a good deal!

     

    Permitting & Inspections – Track and schedule permits and inspections so our projects stay on schedule.

     

    Admin Support & Organization – Keep records organized, assist with documentation, and help the team stay efficient.

     

    Team Player Extraordinaire – Work alongside different departments, collaborate on projects, and contribute to making our operations run seamlessly.

     

    Other Duties As Assigned – Because in a growing company, there’s always something new to learn!

    The Details:

    Where? Our positive and professional office (with some in-the-field content creation!). When? Summer months, typically beginning of June until school starts.

     

    Travel? Nope, you’ll stay local!

     

    Who Should Apply?

     

    Current students or recent grads in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field who are looking for real-world experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
