Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Commercial Building Engineer to join their team. As a Commercial Building Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Omaha, NE
What's the Job?
+ Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
+ Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper function and maintenance of all systems.
+ Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control.
+ Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimal performance levels.
+ Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
What's Needed?
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
+ Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
+ EPA 608 Type II Certification.
+ Valid driver's license and working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
