    Preferred Experience and Training:

    + 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing industry

    + 2+ years’ supervisory experience

    + 2+ years’ safety supervisory experience

    + Experience in the mining industry

    + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint)

    The ideal candidate will be able to conduct a majority of the following safety course offered through Blinn’s Corporate College Department:

    - OSHA -10 and OSHA -30 – Lockout/Tagout

     

    - Fall protection with safety – Fall protection with rigging

     

    - Ergonomics – Confined space entry/permit

     

    - Industrial Emergency Response – Manufacturing safety

     

    - Safety Incident Investigation – Combustible dust hazards

     

    - Safety health management – Load securement/ DOT

     

    - Process safety management/ HAZCOM – Safety behavior

     

    Salary Range: DOQ
