    Job Summary:

    Summary: Under the direction of the Program Director, the Critical Care Fellowship Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily administrative activities of the department's fellowship program. In addition, this position is responsible for the direct supervision of the administrative and professional responsibilities for the program's residents-in-training on a daily basis and serves as the primary liaison between the Program Director, chief residents, residents, department faculty, GME Office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning residency program matters.

     

    In addition, the Critical Care Fellowship coordinator will provide administrative duties to the Pulmonary Critical Care Division. Responsibilities to include administrative coordination for patient care programs for ILD, Sarcoidosis, and Pulmonary Hypertension which include marketing, event coordination, fundraising, vendor support (FSR), and patient support group meetings . Will provide administrative support to Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs. Will provide administrative support for all fundraising, grand round, holiday gatherings, and graduation ceremonies within the division.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Education or a related field plus two (2) or more years of experience in the administration of educational programs. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be considered for the education requirements.
