    Position Overview:

    Provides quality direct patient care and assists in the coordination of department services. Patient care may include evaluating, treating, care management, referral coordination and follow-up with specialists, and health education. This role provides training to medical staff and instructs and counsels patients.

     

    **Job Description** :

    EDUCATION:

    + Doctorate: Graduate of an accredited medical school

    + Successful completion of a medical residency program.

    + Successful completion of a medical internship program.

    TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

    + 8 years of recent relevant experience.

    CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

    + MD-Doctor of Medicine or DO-Doctor of Osteopathy for California

    + CSRC-Controlled Substance Registered Certification (DEA)

    + BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

    + Board eligible or Board certified in area of specialty

    + ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support

    + NRP-Neonatal Resuscitation Provider

    Pay Range is $1.00 to $500.00 / hour

This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
