    Key Responsibilities:

    + Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.

    + Develop and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.

    + Transform data into compelling visualizations using Power BI.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

    + Advocate best practices in data collection and quality.

    Qualifications:

    + Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, plus 2+ years in a related role; OR 5+ years equivalent experience.

    + Expertise in MS SQL Server, Python, TSQL, and Power BI.

    + Familiarity with data storage solutions (Data Warehouses, Lakes) and ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory).

    + Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and analytics.

    Preferred Experience:

    + Background in franchising or retail.

    + Proficiency in DAX, PowerQuery, and Microsoft Power Platform.
