Full-Time Facilitated Enroller

Reports To: Director of Social Work

Queens/Manhattan, New York

Responsibilities :

+ Identify, educate, and enroll qualified Aged, Blind & Disabled population individuals into the relevant Medicaid health insurance program

+ Assure that application is accurately completed and adhering to submission deadline dates

+ Meet productivity and quality performance targets

+ Attend internal and external trainings and meetings

+ Understand overall eligibility requirements for government-sponsored health insurance programs

+ Maintain timely knowledge of government-sponsored health insurance program updates or changes

+ Assist with community outreach activities

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

+ High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.

+ Must be bilingual in English/Chinese

+ Experience working in a human service or health-related setting in Asian-American immigrant community

+ Experience using computers

Compensation and Benefits :

+ Salary: $40,000 per year
