Job Overview
The Quality Control Processor II provides key support tasks for the quality control department, including: re-verification processing, data reconciliation, working with third-party re-verification providers and auditing assigned loans for compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
A Typical Day
The Quality Control Processor provides key support tasks for the quality control department, including: re-verification processing, data reconciliation, working with third-party re-verification providers and auditing assigned loans for compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
The Quality Control Processor will :
+ Perform credit re-verification processing; analyze and reconcile results
+ Create monthly tracking spreadsheets for re-verifications, field reviews and credit reports for the team
+ Prioritize tasks, and provide management with weekly status updates
+ Assist in the data entry for completion of compliance reviews
+ Audit loans for compliance with investor and regulatory requirements
+ Perform other related duties as required and assigned
+ Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
+ Perform re-verification audits, analyze
What You’ll Bring
+ High School Diploma / GED
+ 3+ years of relevant work experience
+ Knowledge of basic mortgage documentation
+ Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet search applications
+ Superior oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to function independently and prioritize workload
+ Team oriented and flexible

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
