Your Role
As a **Quality Inspector Researcher** , you will be a vital part of our operations, ensuring aircraft are **airworthy, compliant, and ready for service** . Your expertise in **inspection, research, and documentation** will directly impact aviation safety and operational efficiency.
Key Contributions
+ **Ensure Compliance:** Research and document **airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and inspection programs** to maintain the highest safety standards.
+ **Perform Detailed Inspections:** Conduct **on-aircraft inspections** to verify compliance, configurations, and maintenance requirements.
+ **Generate Clear Reports:** Organize **inspection findings and maintenance records** into structured, easy-to-understand reports for customers.
+ **Support Aircraft Return-to-Service:** Collaborate with **Quality Inspectors and leadership** to ensure aircraft meet all regulatory and safety requirements.
+ **Maintain Accurate Documentation:** Oversee **work packages, maintenance records, and approvals** to comply with FAA, FAR, and CAA regulations.
+ **Mentor & Train Team Members:** Share your expertise by coaching and guiding **colleagues in inspection best practices** .
What You Bring
Required:
+ FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
+ 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jets)
+ 1+ year as an Aircraft Quality Inspector
+ Proficiency in measuring tools, test equipment, and basic hand tools
+ Ability to interpret and process regulatory documents (FAR, CAA, FAA, AD, SB, CFR, TCDS, etc.)
+ Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Preferred:
+ Familiarity with maintenance tracking programs (SAP, AMS, etc.)
+ Strategic problem-solving and decision-making abilities
+ A customer-first, team-oriented approach
+ Experience with return-to-service procedures and documentation

**Pay Details:** $39.00 to $45.00 per hour
