    Exciting opportunity to help build and lead a team in a new community-based program!

     

    The Youth ACT team provides in-home and community treatment to children, adolescents and their families in order to promote positive change. As the Youth ACT Supervisor, you’ll play an integral role in developing the multidisciplinary team and shaping the service delivery of the program. The Youth ACT Supervisor leads the multidisciplinary team providing staff development and supervision, coordinates with community partners, provides clinical services and manages the program. This position offers competitive salary and benefits, access to high-quality clinical supervision, being part of a supportive Crisis Services team and opportunities for training in evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

    Job Benefits:

    Benefits for Full Time employees:

    Requirements

    New York licensed mental health clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) with relevant experience in child, adolescent, and family therapy, as well as mental health crisis intervention.

     

    Valid New York driver’s license that meets agency standards.

    Salary Description

    75,000.00/year
