    Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Business Analyst/ Product Owner to join their team. As a Business Analyst/ Product Owner, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Business Analyst/ Product Owner

    **Location:** Hybrid from Houston, TX

    **Pay Range:** $40.87 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Propose and facilitate the advancement, improvement, and upkeep of business systems, processes, and products.

    + Assist in developing innovative business solutions and influence the strategic trajectory of clients.

    + Coordinate the requirements management and change management processes.

    + Direct the development of visualization, user experience, and configuration elements of solution design.

    + Evaluate the business consequences of integrating technology into the present and future business landscape.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

    + Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or a related field.

    + Preferred certifications: International Institute Of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified or Certified Business Analysis Professional.

    + Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology, Business Analysis, and Project Management.

    + Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
