Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Master Scheduler to join their team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Master Scheduler

**Location:** Virginia Beach, Virginia

**Pay Range:** $55,000 - $89,000

What's the Job?

+ Develop and maintain capacity plans, production schedules, and delivery schedules to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service, and cost objectives.

+ Monitor and track inventory levels, service levels, and vendor performance to identify variance from goals.

+ Coordinate with other departments in material and mold procurement, engineering change management, and new product launches.

+ Lead weekly supply review meetings to discuss supply shortages and recommend mitigation strategies.

+ Initiate and lead process improvement projects to drive better efficiencies and yield improvement in KPIs.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field.

+ Strong knowledge of inventory management and MRP analysis.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze root causes.

+ Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
