Position

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Analyst

to join our cycle count team at Siemens Energy, Inc. in Richland, MS. As a

Warehouse Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing

warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the

ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

How You’llMake an Impact

+ Analyze warehouse operations andidentify areas for improvement in inventory accuracy, space utilization,and process efficiency.

+ Develop and implement strategies tooptimize warehouse processes, including inventory control, materialhandling, and order fulfillment.

+ Monitor and report on keyperformance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

+ Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including logistics, production, and quality control, to ensureseamless operations.

+ Conduct regular audits and rootcause analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory.

+ Assist in the development andimplementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologysolutions. Provide training and conduct root cause analysis to solveinventory discrepancies.

What YouBring

+ Bachelor's degree in Supply ChainManagement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, not required.

+ Proven experience in warehouseoperations, inventory management, or a similar role.

+ Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in warehouse managementsystems (WMS) and other relevant software.

+ Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills. Knowledge of lean and continuous improvementmethodologies is a plus.
