**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Cybersecurity Analyst** to join our team in the Southern Florida area. We have opportunities in the **Doral, FL area.** If you are looking for an opportunity in this location, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Monitor and secure information systems, identify any potential risks or breaches, and develop strategies to prevent security incidents.

+ Identify information system and network vulnerabilities by conducting regular audits.

+ Install and use software, such as firewalls and data encryption programs, to protect sensitive information.

+ Develop and implement effective security policies and protocols.

+ Respond to security incidents and provide detailed incident reports.

+ Conduct penetration testing to simulate attacks and identify weak points.

+ Work with the IT team to establish disaster recovery plans.

+ Stay up-to-date on the latest intelligence, including hacker methodologies, in order to anticipate security breaches.

+ Educate the workforce on information security through training and awareness programs.

+ Recommend security enhancements to management or senior IT staff.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Strong understanding of firewall administration, incident detection, firewall architecture, and intrusion detection systems.

+ Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods.

+ Experience designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures.

+ Knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies, and methods.

+ Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures.

+ 4-9 years of relevant experience.

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant discipline.

+ Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience.

+ PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience.

+ DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Professional certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, etc.)

+ Experience supporting DoD programs.

+ Experience with cloud-based technologies.

+ ITIL certification.

Clearance Requirements:

+ Must have an active/current Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
