The Membership Support Coordinator role is responsible for delivering comprehensive client services for Inventures' clients, including membership management and customer support. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a customer service background.
Primary Membership Support Coordinator – Duties & Responsibilities
+ Configure, update, and maintain the membership database, ensuring accurate records of application status, member lists, and contact information.
+ Monitor and respond to member queries and support requests via phone, email, and web forums within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
+ Manage and administer member IDs and passwords for secure access to the member collaboration platform.
+ Create and maintain internal and external email distribution lists for effective communication with members and workgroups.
+ Provide professional customer service by efficiently and accurately addressing the requests of members and clients.
+ Ensure all written communications adhere to proper grammar and professional standards.
+ Provide training and guidance to clients using the member collaboration platform.
+ Manage and complete special projects assigned, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
+ Conduct meticulous data reviews to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
+ Apply critical thinking to resolve issues and make informed decisions.
+ Balance competing demands and deadlines while maintaining high-quality service.
+ Demonstrate an intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Education & Work Experience Required:
+ 2+ years of relevant professional experience

Our hybrid environment offers you the option of working from home two days per week. Employees will work a standard 40-hour week, with the possibility of additional hours based on project deadlines.
The salary for this role will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. Additionally, successful candidates may qualify for a discretionary bonus up to and including 10% of base pay. The expected pay for this role is: $60,000-$70,000.
