Pay Rate: $13/hr + 10% commission

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at Druid Hills Golf Club. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our members at the bar and deliver a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is reflective of our prestigious reputation. Responsibilities

+ Ensure that bar operations run smoothly and efficiently

+ Greet customers and take their orders accurately and politely

+ Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

+ Stock bar with necessary beverages, garnishes, utensils, and glassware

+ Keep the bar area clean, safe, and organized

+ Maintain inventory of bar supplies and communicate any needs to the management team

+ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and attentive service

Requirements

+ Proven experience as a bartender

+ Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Outstanding customer service skills

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Must be available to work weekends and holidays

+ Must pass a background and reference check and adhere to the DHGC culture.
