    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide strong leadership, leading and managing the day to day of a team of experience and new Account Executives.

    + Hire, train, and develop top-tier sales talent while fostering a high-performance culture.

    + Develop and execute multi-platform sales strategies to drive revenue across local, new business, and digital platforms.

    + Drive new business development, manage inventory, and forecast revenue.

    + Build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with Account Executives to deliver measurable results.

    + Prepare budgets, approve expenditures, and manage accounts receivable.

    + Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our sales team is equipped with the latest insights and solutions.

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 7+ years of multi-platform media sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team of Account Executives preferred.

    + Expertise in local and digital media advertising, including linear, display, video, programmatic, OTT, SEO, SEM, social, and emerging trends. Successful candidate should demonstrate certification of leadership and mangers training. Google digital training, and/or IAB certification a plus.

    + Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM platforms (Matrix, Wide Orbit), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Nielsen, comScore).

    + Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

    + Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

    + Act as a key decision-maker with a leadership mindset, preparing for future opportunities to step into a larger role.

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

    The Local Sales Manager must be able to sit, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct fact-to-face discussions with individuals or groups, make decisions without supervision, make decisions that impact the results of co-workers, work near others, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and work indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
