HarmonyTech is seeking a highly skilled Front-end Developer to join our IT team. As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for building the client-side of our web applications, translating company and customer needs into functional, engaging, and interactive applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of all applications.

Location:

The work shall be performed in the National Capital Region – Hybrid, and requires U.S. citizenship or a Green Card

Responsibilities:

+ Design, build, and maintain web applications and user interfaces using AngularJS and JavaScript.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and functionality.

+ Translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining a seamless user experience.

+ Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and design patterns.

+ Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

+ Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth functionality and performance.

+ Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

+ Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and Agile processes.

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military, or educational experience.

+ 5+ years of experience in Responsive UI Web Development using Angular (no substitutions).

+ 3+ years of experience with Angular version 10 or above.

+ 3+ years of experience with the Angular Material Framework.

+ 5+ years of experience with JSON and REST APIs.

+ 3+ years of Agile development experience.

+ 3+ years of experience with JIRA.

+ 1-2 years of experience with ADA compliance.

+ Strong experience in Frontend Web Development and Responsive Web Design (6+ years).

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

+ Equivalent work experience may be considered.
