    Description

    Astor Services for Children & Families is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to work with a diverse group of adolescent youth who are involved in the Dutchess County's Department of Probation Juvenile Justice/Juvenile Risk Intervention Service Coordination program (JRISC). The mission of JRISC is to reduce/eliminate the need for residential placement while supporting youth to remain in their communities and with their families. This position centers on evidence-based family therapy (Functional Family Therapy-FFT) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that provides additional strength-based comprehensive case management services. This position works with a small case load in order to provide more intensive family- and community-focused interventions. Extensive training in Functional Family Therapy leading to FFT certification is provided. CEUs are available. Salary has been increased to reflect the specialization of this position. Special interest or experience in working with adolescents, family therapy, and/or evidence-based models of counseling is preferred but not required.

    Requirements

    MHC, LMHC, MSW, LMSW, LCSW, MFT, and LMFT.

    Salary Description

    $30.22-$33.26/hr
