What You'll Be Doing
+ Provide general plant clean-up
+ Light to heavy mechanical maintenance to ensure constant production
+ Assist in plant maintenance when needed
+ Upkeep of plant and heavy equipment (broom & shovel work)
+ Maintain daily plant/heavy equipment operations
+ Operate plant equipment
+ Cross Trained in other jobs
What Are We Looking For
+ Ability to work both 8 and 12 hour work shifts as well as weekend work when required
+ High School Diploma is required
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
+ Capability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.
+ Competency in performing physical tasks and working outdoors.
+ Effective communication skills and teamwork.
+ Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Conditions of Employment
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
