Description

The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates the patient's condition and develops appropriate therapeutic programs to assist in the patient's recovery and treatment of the condition.

Hours: Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week are as needed

Required Qualifications:

+ Coursework/Training: Graduation from a course of study approved by the Council of Medical Education.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or

+ Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or

+ Ph.D. in Physical Therapy

+ Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire

+ National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience.
