Job Summary

Join Levy Restaurants as a Grill Cook in Concessions at Soldier Field, preparing delicious food for guests during Chicago’s biggest sporting events, concerts, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and cook food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation to ensure food safety compliance.

+ Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.

+ Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality and presentation standards.

+ Collaborate with the concessions team to ensure timely and accurate food service.

+ Clean and organize assigned area and concession stand.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

+ Must hold a current ServSafe Food Handling Certification.

+ Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
