We are offering an exciting opportunity in the high-tech electronics industry based in Honolulu, Hawaii for a Payroll Administrator. In this role, you will be tasked with managing payroll operations for a significant number of employees, utilizing ADP software, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for a large number of employees, adhering to all internal policies and legal requirements.
• Utilize ADP software for a variety of payroll functions including managing employee data, timekeeping records, and tax filings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries related to paychecks, deductions, and taxes.
• Administer benefits deductions, wage garnishments, and other payroll-related adjustments with precision.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure optimal integration of payroll data and benefits information.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits to maintain transparency and compliance.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates to processes.
• Use accounting software systems and tools such as Ceridian and Crystal Reports to streamline and enhance payroll operations.
• Oversee 401k - RRSP Administration and other benefit functions.
• Conduct accounting functions and auditing as required.
Requirements • Familiarity with high-tech electronics industry
• Open to applicants with varying years of experience, including entry-level
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
• Understanding of Ceridian software
• Ability to use Crystal Reports
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions
• Auditing skills are required
• Proficiency in managing benefit functions
