    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Digital Project Manager is a core member of the Digital Program Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will coordinate complex, global Digital projects throughout the organization and collaborate with the PMO team using standard methodology and Scaled Agile. Responsible for planning, execution, and management of projects within a defined scope within constraints of human, financial and schedule resources, adjusting to priorities as needed to ensure successful completion. We seek a candidate who can work independently, think critically, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and presentation skills.

    What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

    In this position, you will get to:

    PMO Leadership:

    + **Partner with Business and Digital Leaders to gain consensus, build prioritized, backlogs of work for the projects including management of the project roadmap, demand, and capability forecasting.**

    + **Lead cross team projects and large projects and drive collaboration across Digital team members, other Digital pillar team members, and other functional team members.**

    + **Lead tracking and documentation of success KPI’s.**

    + **Partner with the PMO and Digital Leaders to prepare for Monthly Business/Operating Reviews and quarterly Portfolio Councils**

    + **Provide input into improvements for standard practices and processes.**

    + **Coach Product Owners and Scrum Leaders**

    Project Management:

    + **Manage project organization, planning, execution, project control, budget, and governance to ensure consistent, reliable results.**

    + **Ensure all project deliverables are created and maintained in Jira throughout the project, including, project plans, roadmaps, scope, risk/issue log, budget, and reporting.**

    + **Define critical paths to execution, including building short-term project plans to high-level, multi-year roadmaps (in collaboration with Product Owners, Leaders, and Business Partners)**

    + **Effectively communicate status, risks, issues, and decisions to Program leadership at all levels in the organization**

    + **Assess impact of scope changes, risks, issues and other changes to the project remit and work with the project team to resolve.**

    + **Support the Release Train Engineer by ensuring project deliverables are prepared based on Scaled Agile cadence and participate in PI Planning events.**

    + **Manage and oversee third parties, participate in review of statements of work (SOW) and ensure third party delivery in accordance with defined SOWs.**

    + **Ensure successful timely delivery, applying agile methodologies that align with customer expectations.**

     

    Act as a Change Agent for Digital Operating Model

    You have:

    + Academic background in **Bachelor Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (or related field)**

    + Previous experience in or with

    + **Total 10+ years out of 5+ years of experience in Digital and Scaled Agile, Scrum and Agile**

    + **Experience leading cross-functional, digital operations projects (e.g., integrations, ERP, logistics, product lifecycle management, manufacturing execution systems, automation, cloud, etc.)**

    + **Experience collaborating with teams that simultaneously manage multiple projects and do significant amount of operational and unplanned work.**

    + **Experience managing 3rd Party vendors**

    + **Ability to proactively predict and address risks and issues.**

    + Skills

    + **Strong collaboration and partnering skills**

    + **Strong governance skills to track and measure cross team efforts.**

    + **Strong problem-solving skills including demonstrated proficiency in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.**

    + **Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with Digital teams, collaborators, customers, and executive leadership.**
