    Required Skills:

    Marketing Data Scientist Responsibilities:

    1. Build statistical models and develop advanced experimentation methods, such as synthetic control, to measure marketing’s impact globally, and across Meta’s suite of AR/VR products (e.g., Oculus, Portal, etc.).

    2. Build time series, forecasting models to predict AR/VR growth and set the right growth goals develop frameworks to implement marketing attribution models.

    3. Develop machine learning models and optimization methods to improve marketing performance and maximize AR/VR product growth.

    4. Collaborate with Meta’s marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify insights and guide new product and growth ideas.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    5. Requires a Master’s degree in Business Analytics & Information Management, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field and three years of experience in the job offered or in a data science-related occupation.

    8. 2. Statistical modeling, econometrics modeling, and machine learning

    9. 3. Causal inference and advanced experimentation methods, such as synthetic control

    10. 4. Querying and manipulating large data sets

    11. 5. Building models in Python or R

    12. 6. Stakeholder management

    13. 7. Translating quantitative findings into actionable insights and influencing business decisions.

    Public Compensation:

    $209,720/year to $218,109/year + bonus + equity + benefits
