Instructor - Radiologic Technology

Highlands College at Montana Technological University is seeking applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty instructor in Radiologic Technology.

Duties:

The successful candidate will provide educational instruction and intervention within the classroom, in lab settings, and online; will also be expected to participate in curriculum development and assessment of learning outcomes. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching, laboratory supervision, lab/shop/equipment maintenance, holding regular office hours, student recruitment, curriculum development, professional development, departmental and institutional planning, committee activity, student advising, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

+ All candidates must have an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology degree from a national accredited program

+ Current ARRT certification in Radiography

+ Have an unencumbered Montana Radiologic Technologist license, or have the ability to obtain by the candidate’s start date

+ 2-3 years of radiologic technologist experience at an educational or healthcare setting, and demonstrated ability to perform at a high level

+ Evidence of strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor or Master’s degree

+ Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level

+ Evidence of scholarly activity
