    Job Description:

    Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, TTI Floor Care North America is a subsidiary of Techtronic Industries Co.Ltd (TTI) and is the largest floor-care business in North America. TTI Floorcare, has an opening in its Greer, SC location for a **Distribution Administrator** that will be responsible for maintaining material handling equipment and supplies needed to maintain warehouse operations, and also provide administrative support for logistics management team.

    **This position will report into our Greer, SC Distribution Center**

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Follow up with carriers via email and/or phone

    + Establish pick up appointments for carriers

    + Maintain schedule for shipments

    + Maintain open communications with supply chain team, customer service, and customers

    + Assist with creating bills of lading

    + Track shipments when necessary

    + Build orders with SAP for shipment

    + Maintain friendly customer relations.

    + Maintain open communications with Shipping Supervisors to maximize shipments and minimize problems. Manage orders based on production capacities to determine shipping abilities and schedule trucking companies to ensure customer satisfaction.

    + Maintain open communications with Shipping Supervisors, customer Service, and Transportation Manager to resolve any issues with shipments.

    + Coordinate with distribution management to determine load out schedules based on customers' requests.

    + Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    + Associates degree or equivalent experience

    + Minimum of 4 years' experience in administrative or distribution capacity

    + Working Knowledge of SAP
