    Essential Functions (Job Duties):

    Conduct research in biochemistry/molecular biology

     

    Develop new projects and apply for research grants

     

    Interpret data and write manuscripts for publication

     

    Teach medical and graduate students

     

    Provide service to department, school, University and professional organizations

    Unique Duties:

    Qualifications:

    Ph.D., or MD/Ph.D. degree

     

    Valid medical license for M.D.

     

    Rank commensurate with credentials
