    Required Skills:

    Program Manager, Enterprise Tools Responsibilities:

    1. Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and outsourced vendors to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale.

    2. Drive technical excellence within the team, coordinating and contributing to deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans.

    3. Build and optimize systems, tools and standards that improve business capabilities within the organization.

    4. Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics.

    5. Leverage data informed insights to drive new products and initiatives.

    6. Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals.

    7. Identify trends to enhance the support and detention processes and improve team efficiency.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    8. Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

    9. Requires three years of experience in the following:

    10. 1. Generate component related System Design Requirement Document (SRDS) from the functional requirements and segment design

    11. 2. Design the document to meet requirements defined in SRDS

    12. 3. Develop the software in C/C++

    13. 4. Perform unit testing and provide support during System Integration and Verification, AND

    14. 5. Involved in customer witness testing in factory and in fields and provide timely fixes for the problems identified.

    Public Compensation:

    $220,417/year to $233,420/year + bonus + equity + benefits
