Job Description:

This programme will start in October 2025, and will last for 24 months.

In this rotational graduate programme, you will acquire practical experience across various Sales and Growth functions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our products and business operations. You may delve into key areas such as Business Development, Account Management, Partner Management, Growth Operations, or Customer Success, establishing a solid foundation for a Sales career at Sage. This offers a remarkable opportunity to advance your Sales career, paving the way to leadership roles or diverse career pathways within Sage.
What Will You Gain Exposure To?
As a Commercial Graduate, you will undergo an immersive learning journey through a development programme, gaining exposure to different business areas and understanding Sage's diverse products and services. With a high-performing team and a supportive environment, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your Sales career and set yourself up for success.
During your rotations, you will:
• Develop strong client relationships and implement growth models to drive long-term value.
• Gain an understanding of customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
• Showcase Sage's product offerings and position yourself as a trusted expert.
• Work with different teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to align sales strategies with customer needs.
Skills, know-how and experience:
These roles are based in Atlanta, Georgia. You’ll be in the office at least three days a week, so you must live within an easily commutable distance (or be willing to relocate).
To thrive in this role, you should study Business, Marketing, or a related field and seek a career in Sales. We welcome applications from all backgrounds. If you have the right mindset and enthusiasm, you belong at Sage.
