Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various firmware projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Computer Lab Technician

**Location:** Cupertino, CA

What's the Job?

+ Set up and manage a large-scale hardware rack testing environment for various firmware projects.

+ Provide physical in-lab support to enable automated system testing on device clusters.

+ Collaborate with firmware and hardware engineering teams to configure test hardware.

+ Work with the test automation team to troubleshoot test environment issues.

+ Assist in improving lab automation processes.

What's Needed?

+ 2 years of experience in building and managing labs with devices.

+ Technical support experience or equivalent working knowledge in computer hardware and networking.

+ Proficiency in automating device management using Python, bash, and Ansible.

+ Strong diagnostic skills for resolving system and user-level issues.
