A Snapshot of Your Day

Will be working with corematerial from the inside of the castings, loading and unloading parts into coreremoval baskets. Will be flushing parts and monitoring core removal cycleperformance using PLC and charting. Hoists are utilized to help with the loading/unloadingprocess. This will be in the Gibsonton Florida location.

How You’ll Make an Impact

+ **Will be checking and reporting any Safety opportunities or near missand ensuring all parts are properly rinsed / flushed after Acid process.**

+ **Examining finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications andquality.**

+ **Performing basic or specifically defined maintenance operations;cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providersin repair issues.**

+ **Operating equipment and performing some manufacturing operationsincluding but not limited to wax assembly, injection, sandblast, grinding,or knockout to determine the best process and to expedite engineeringparts. Other duties and cross training as need it.**

What You Bring

+ **High school graduate or GED.**

+ **Previous experience on Core Removal process or manufacturing will bea plus.**

+ **Able to stand during working hours for long periods of time, abilityto read Engineering instructions, demonstrated mechanical aptitude andable to work with chemicals, using proper PPE wearing chemical resistantsuits and respirators.**

+ **Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the UnitedStates without the need for current or future employer-sponsored workauthorization.**

+ **This position will require an export license from the Department ofCommerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State,Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license isa prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work withexport-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.**
