We are a new and ambitious senior home care agency looking for a high-energy, self-motivated marketer to help us grow our client base and build strong referral networks. What You'll Do: Build Relationships & Generate Leads: * Establish partnerships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, and healthcare providers to drive referrals. * Identify and engage potential clients and their families looking for non-medical home care services. * Conduct outreach via networking events, social media, and local marketing initiatives. Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies: * Create and implement high-impact referral and digital marketing campaigns. * Leverage social media, email marketing, and community events to increase brand awareness. * Track and analyze marketing efforts to continuously improve results. Close Deals & Grow the Business: * Convert leads into billable clients through consultative sales. * Educate families on our services and help them find the right care solutions. * Work closely with our team to ensure seamless client onboarding. What We’re Looking For: 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services). Go-getter mentality – You love networking, closing deals, and making an impact. Relationship builder – You excel at connecting with people and building trust. Self-motivated & adaptable – You can work independently and thrive in a startup environment. Passion for senior care – You believe in making a difference in people’s lives. Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation – You’ll be meeting with clients and partners in the community. Compensation & Bonus Structure: Competitive commission-based pay – No cap on earnings! Performance-based bonuses: * $[X] bonus for every [Y] new billable clients secured per month. * bonus structure details will be shared during interview process * Quarterly bonuses for hitting and exceeding targets. * Referral bonuses for securing new business partnerships.
