• Food Service Helper 2024/25 - EHS Multiple Shifts

    There are immediate openings for Food Service Helpers in the School Nutrition Department at Eastridge High School for the following shifts.

     

    7:30 AM - 1:30 PM (6 Hrs.)

     

    9:30 AM - 1:30 PM (4 Hrs.)

    DUTIES ARE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    + Serves as Cashier on student food service line.

    + Set up prep area/serving line/cash register for menu items and ease of service.

    + Prepare foods and ingredients properly, efficiently, and courteously.

    + Serve food from steam table of food line in cafeteria-style operation.

    + Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.

    + Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, and utensils.

    + Assist with cleanup of equipment, serving areas, and work areas.

    + Count/store/return leftover foods properly following all food safety guidelines.

    + Assist Cook Manager or Food Service Director with additional tasks as needed.

    Job Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent.
