The Boutique Inventory Associate is a part-time position responsible for the efficient administration of the Boutique branded inventory process. It will include ongoing cycle counts, processing incoming/outgoing product and collaborating with multiple Boutique franchise locations owned and operated by REEDS Jewelers.

Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for processing direct ship product delivered to Boutique stores by calculating, receiving and costing shipment invoices
+ Reconcile and process receiving’s for Accounts Payable to ensure payments are sent in timely manner
+ Provide store assistance: transfer numbers, cost for associate sales, verify eligibility of associate discount, and inventory quantities.
+ Responsible for the efficient operation of the Boutique branded merchandise returns
+ Assist in the coordination , instruction and implementation of all yearend and manager change inventories for Boutique stores
+ Partner with corporate departments and stores to provide timely assistance and to provide creative and innovative solutions to inventory movement
+ Develop and maintain relationship with our key vendors and Boutique franchise
+ Assist to calculate, receive and cost direct ship invoices for Special Orders to all Reeds stores
+ Responsible for processing direct ship watch product from other franchise delivered to REEDS stores by calculating, receiving and costing shipment invoices
+ Assist, track and reconcile outstanding shipments ie: home office to stores and store to store
+ Answer telephone and emails in a professional manner, which assures the highest level of customer services that exceeds customer experience
+ Collaborate with Internal Auditors on investigations and compliance audits
+ Responsible for maintaining daily the integrity of the Boutique brand inventory system to deter and prevent losses of any kind and ensure all company assets are being handled in accordance with the company and franchise policies and procedures
+ Create an environment conductive to achieving the highest standards of business ethics and professionalism. Conduct business affairs in a legal and ethical manner, building social conscious environment
+ Able to provide flexible schedule with potential early morning and occasional weekend
+ Assist the Inventory Director with projects to ensure efficient operation while anticipating and resolving potential problems
+ Additional responsibilities assigned at the discretion of the Inventory Control Director

Requirements
+ High School Diploma/Equivalent or better
+ Must have proven written and verbal communication skills
+ Demonstrate leadership and teamwork abilities
