    •​​​​​Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by department Supervisor.

    + Responsible for working in a safe manner.

    + Responsible for ensuring product specifications are attained.

    + Performs job assignment in a cost conscious manner.

    + Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.

    + Responsible for being at workstation on time each workday.

    + Participates in the Total Quality Management (TQM) process.

    + Works as a team player with other department members.

    + Communicates well with other department employees as well as support groups for the area.

    + Ability to be flexible as to various job assignments and working conditions.

    + Responsible for following GMP’s, SOP’s, plant rules and policies.

    + Must be able to work in temperatures 80° to 90° F, as well as temperatures 35° to 45° F.

    + Responsible for hourly checks of the machine parameters to ensure it is running correctly.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Responsible for ensuring salometor and chlorine levels of the brine are accurate.

    + Must have a firm understanding of the procedures that need to be followed if the line stops for any reason.

    + Must be computer literate and able to navigate software.

    + Must have the ability to produce error free operational documentation.
