    What You'll Do

    • **Oversee daily food production** for retail dining, resident dining, and catering services.

    • **Plan and execute menus** while ensuring **recipe compliance and food quality** meet Sodexo’s Culinary Standards.

    • **Manage food costs, purchasing compliance, and inventory controls** to drive efficiency.

    • **Ensure food safety and sanitation** standards are upheld at all times.

    • **Foster a culture of excellence** by training and developing frontline employees.

    • **Deliver exceptional customer service** and maintain high-quality food standards.

    • **Utilize food management systems** to streamline operations and enhance performance.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
