**Sodexo’s Campus Segment** is seeking a **General Manager 6** for **Bridgewater State University** in **Bridgewater, MA** . This role oversees a well-established, evolving dining program, continuing a **30+ year partnership** with the university. We’re looking for a leader who can drive **innovation, engagement, and satisfaction** through a **restaurant-quality, food-forward approach to dining** .

What You'll Do

• Oversee **day-to-day dining operations** to ensure excellence.

• Deliver **high-quality food service** that enhances the student experience.

• Drive **financial performance** , meeting company and client targets.

• Build and maintain strong **client and customer relationships** .

• Develop and execute **strategic plans** to elevate campus dining.

• Foster a **positive team environment** with strong leadership.

• Ensure compliance with **Sodexo and client standards** .

What You Bring

+ Experience in a **higher education dining** environment.

+ Strong **written and verbal communication skills** .

+ Ability to engage effectively with employees, students, and university leadership.

+ **Leadership Experience** – Previous **General Manager or Director-level experience** preferred.

+ **Multi-Tasking Ability** – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

+ **Customer-Focused Mindset** – Passion for providing exceptional service.

+ **Financial Acumen** – Proven success in managing **labor, procurement, costs, and expenses** .

+ **Technical Proficiency** – Experience with **Drive, Market Connections (MSC), Kronos (Labor Management), E-Vision, and UFS (Financial Systems)** .
