    Membership Representative - Beaumont, TX

     

    On-call / substitute, working on an as-needed basis

     

    HealthFitness is looking for a **Membership Representative** to join the team at our community client site located in **Beaumont, Texas.** In this role you will be key point of contact for the community and members at the client's Health and Wellness Center. You will be responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests, process, and provide information on membership accounts and services offered.

     

    This is an on-call position covering for regular staff when they are unable to work.

    Key Accountabilities:

    + Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

    + Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals.

    + Promoting and attending facility social events.

    + Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses, corporations and community members.

    + May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isn’t available.

    + Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.

    + Other duties as needed/assigned

    Minimum Requirements

    + High School Diploma/GED.

    + Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

    + 1-2 years previous sales experience.

    + Exceptional interpersonal skills.

    + Highly motivated and communicates effectively.

    + Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.

    + Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.

     

    Compensation: $7.25 - $9.00/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
