+ As a Physician in OBGYN, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing qualitycare andexcellent patient experience.

+ You will practice at Superior OBGYN

+ Team clinic hours will be Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm

+ **You will be on call** with a team of OBGYN Providers

How** **we'll** **support you** **:

Compensation: Our competitive compensation consists of an initial base of **$360,000** **.00** plus a wRVU productivity incentive. Additionally, there is up to a $12,500.00 annual quality bonus. We are also offering a $25,000.00 Sign-on bonus, and up to $20,000.00 towards applicable relocation.

What** **you’ll** **bring:

+ MD or DO degree from a fullyaccredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

+ ACGME accreditedresidency training in OBGYN

+ ABMS board certification or eligibility in OBGYN

+ Active, unobstructed Coloradomedical license, or the ability to obtain one

+ BLS certification and DEA

+ Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
