    Summary

    Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, (PMHNP) to join our Daytona Beach facility located at 330 N. Clyde Morris Blvd. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, no weekends. Some of our larger multi-specialty hubs offer Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infusion Clinic, Lab, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pharmacy, Sports Medicine, Ultrasound and X-ray all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!

     

    • PMHNP for a busy outpatient behavioral health department specializing in a mix of mental health and substance abuse. • Team based approach, including full scope of support staff with tenured Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, crisis intervention team, intensive outreach program, and addiction services. • Full Time • Outpatient only • Limited call

    Qualifications

    • PA / NP • Completion of a PMHNP certification • Current Florida license
