Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Project-based Maintenance Technician to join their team on 2nd shift. As a Maintenance Techmician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, impeccable safety work habits, and substantial interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Project Work Temp./Maintenance Tech.

**Location:** Albia, IA

**Pay Range:** $25 per hour

**Hours:** 1:00pm or 4:00pm until 2:00am

What's the Job?

+ Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve production equipment and processes.

+ Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Interpret and work with electrical and mechanical drawings and diagrams.

+ Identify recurring malfunctions and develop long-lasting solutions.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to interpret simple wire diagrams and troubleshoot electrical components.

+ Knowledge of mechanical design and assembly drawings.

+ Experience in welding, cutting, and fabricating parts and assemblies.

+ Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and remain on feet for 75% of the workday.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
